Meet Keri

Keri has over 20 years of experience designing human-centered strategies that turn HR programs into meaningful business advantages. Her work blends intention, collaboration, and creativity to build simple, flexible solutions that save time, improve experience, and strengthen organizational performance.

She works with leaders from startups to Fortune 5 companies to deliver end-to-end people strategies. With experience at Mercer and UnitedHealth Group, her work spans modernizing talent and performance management, strengthening leadership development and succession planning, enabling internal mobility and career pathways, and leading large-scale change management. In addition to developing talent programs she has spent over 10 years as an HR Business Partner.

Results of her work include improving employee satisfaction, reducing time spent on performance processes while elevating the quality of conversations, strengthening leadership pipeline depth, and expanding internal mobility for critical roles through targeted programming. She has also implemented talent analytics that improve visibility into talent outcomes and support better workforce decisions.

She holds a Master of Professional Studies in Organization Development and Change from Penn State and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Outside of work, Keri enjoys hiking, kayaking, and chasing the northern lights.
